Want to fill a map with life without copy-pasting in the editor? With PICO_CopyEventsMZ you pull events from a “library map” and drop them wherever you want during gameplay. Pick the clone’s facing, flip self switches, store the new event ID in a variable, and—if you want—make the clone follow a route or walk to a point, with an option to wait before your scene continues.

Why it’s good

  • Build a “parts menu” on one map and use it whenever you need.

  • Spawn waves, extras, props, and puzzle pieces without rework.

  • Your scenes flow better: let movement run in parallel or pause the story until the character gets where they need to be.

How clones behave

  • Opening the menu or starting a battle doesn’t remove clones.

  • If you leave the map and come back, they reappear as you originally placed them (position + switches you set at spawn), not mid-movement.

Quick ideas

  • Populate a plaza with NPCs in one go.

  • Drop traps across marked regions.

  • Make a guard spawn next to the player and walk to the door—your scene can wait for them to finish.

Built for RPG Maker MZ (current). Install, enable, and play—like having an event factory in your project.
